We have one daughter who was planned. Nothing was left to chance. "Accidents cause people".

With the type of cancer my daughter was born with (Retinoblastoma), we were told we had a 50% chance of it happening to another child, since it was genetic in nature. We've never had luck gambling, so that made the decision for us as to having more kids, so we stopped after the one, and made sure it never happened again.

Women are extremely fertile after giving birth so we are on a heavy regimen of bc! I don't want another for at least a year.

For real. Know how many people I've known with kids born in the same year? One was born in January, the other born in December.
