Yeah, it used to really be good. One my brother and I did all the time, when Cookie Monster was hosting a masterpiece theater thing and they did Cyrano, at the end he said 'nobody knows' and Cyrano busts out 'YOU said NOSE!" and Cookie Monster said 'no, me said knows, not nose' and Cyrano said "You said it again!" and chased him around the room. LOL

I adored Bert and Ernie!!! This was back before they were bogged down with all those silly "gay" rumors and the two were just seen as OPPOSITES who still found a way to be friends.
