| If it's stemming from my neck, as most do, I plop a heated neck wrap and that helps. Likely to take Advil, too.
If it's a headache by itself I may just take Tylenol. Sometimes stepping outside the building for awhile helps. | |

| I don't get headaches. I used to so I know what they are like, but for decades now I haven't had one.
The last one I had was coffee withdrawal symptoms and I drank a cup of black coffee and it went away. | |
