My neck hurts And when my neck hurts, my head hurts I took a muscle relaxant, 2 tylenol, caffeine, I have a pain patch on my neck and I've been stretching. I also ate a kiwi in case it was low blood sugar ( I know it's not, it very clearly started in my neck but I'm desperate). I drank 2 glasses of water too, in case it was dehydration.

I hate stupid tension headaches I just want to lay in the bath under the water or go to sleep and wake up cured.

Yikes hope you feel better soon TPP how about a cold compress on your head?

thanks, I feel a little better now. All those medicines are kicking in I guess. I'll try a compress if it comes back though for sure!

I had a headache yesterday. Popped 2 pills, rubbed one out and I was good.

Lucky! It must have been stress related or something...

That sucks. I rarely get headaches. Usually an Tylenol would do the trick.

I get them a lot now that I have the twins, I'm a really small person so lifting them all the time messes up my neck and then I get a headache.

I am experiencing a slight headache this afternoon myself. Thankfully I have only about 40 more minutes to quitting time, so I guess I'll just have to bare it.
