At an 'all you can eat' restaurant, how much do you typically eat?

Not as much as I used to but still more than I should. Typically I don't eat dessert right after a meal, but for some reason I always head to the dessert bar for a bit of several things. For 'real' food I seldom get seconds anymore, but I tend to load up on those instead of salads.

As much as my belly can hold. I usually go into a buffet style restaurant with my eyes bigger than my stomach, but I can only really eat about a plate and a half. I have to push myself to eat dessert.

I usually have a plate and then a little dessert afterward.

Not very much... I hope that the restaurant has menu items, so I can order that, then whatever I don't finish I can take with me.
