He's funny, the bastard, I'll say that much. I saw the commercials on TV for The Best Of, this was in the early 90s, I was 4 and 5, wanted to see it so badly, he looked so funny, finally about three years ago I found that tape, and he's a good pianist, but he doesn't play much, he tells more jokes than he plays songs, but that's why he's so good, he's memorable because he's funny. And this was a perfect example of how good clean humor can be.
One of his more memorable bits was his idea of phonetic punctuation, this is especially good for a gut buster, and just try it sometime when you're talking, I dare ya,
Another one he did that I don't think is AS popular as phonetic punctuation is inflationary language, but it's still funny:
