I have a store card to CVS that racks up points each time you spend, and you get coupons in return, some of which are for various dollar amounts that act like a cash-back store credit.
I also have the rewards-thing going on with my Citibank Mastercard, but never bothered to look into it until a year or so ago after 20+ years of racking up points. Turns out, we had over 60,000 points saved, and when I turned them in, we got about $600 worth of gift cards to various stores, which allowed for some free shopping! I'll probably wait another 20 years before I cash in, again, because I tend to forget about it.--LOL
