No, but I can get away with wearing jeans sometimes. When my boss will be gone for long periods of time.
My work shirt is dk blue polo, and that's pretty casual.

I have been wearing shorts and polo shirt with athletic shoes for years. The new CEO changed the policy to where office workers are supposed to wear long pants but I think I got 'grandfathered' in.
Some of the young professionals wear T-shirts and denims with holes in them, so I think they are afraid to say anything about my dress shorts.

Yeah, and I must admit, I take full advantage of it without caring about my career progress anymore. I knew when I started showing up in sweatpants and hats only that it was time to go.

I can wear jeans over the weekend, but the uniformed shirt is always required.

I can wear casual clothes on Friday and when I work overnight. The rest of the time is business casual.
