Is there anything at your house that needs to be repaired, renovated or replaced?

Bedrooms are in pathetic need of new carpet.
The terraced walls to the front garden need completely re-done ~ the railroad ties are rotting away.
Livingroom needs painted badly (maybe next spring).

I could go on and on. . .

A few ceiling panels in the basement need to be replaced and the side light on the garage has been blown for years, it just hasn't been pressing enough to replace.

Always. I had actually thought about asking the same thing, what needs to be repaired or replaced? Though at the moment I can't think of any of the things that do.

We've gotten the house looking pretty good--all rooms have been repainted over the past couple of years, and it's just upkeep, mainly.

The only things that really need attending to, are putting a fresh coat of stain on the deck this coming spring, and my picture window in the livingroom needs the glass replaced, due to a broken seal that causes it to fog up in the cold weather.

I think the side door could be replaced. It's old and has a flimsy lock on it.

Two drawers in my son's dresser need new tracks.

There is a bulb out in one of the ceiling light panels. We replace it constantly but it keeps going out.
