I work alone, but have clients. Honestly, someone who accepts things without protest gets catered to a certain level. I may be lax on day-to-day keeping them pleased when I will be on point to "grease" the squeaky wheel.

For the most part it's true, but....when it comes to customers....I always preferred to help those who were cordial and patient. You come up in there acting a fool on my watch and I'm gonna fuck with you in some way.
