| When you buy ground round at the store, is it 73/27%, 80/20%, 85/15%, 93/7% or 9/5%?
The most commonly used one here would be 80/20, a little grease makes a tasty burger, but ideally I think 85/15 is best. | |

| Usually 80/20 but I've bought the 93% & realized when it was cooked I had more than I needed. But I do like as little grease & fat as possible. | |

| I think its 80/20. You do need some fat if your making burgers, thats what makes them nice and juicy! | |
