I would like to, and ppl should, but what's the point?
However, I would take note and report it the next day as a possibility if someone got shot from a stray bullet (which happens all the time in this well-armed city)

No. As annoying as it is, gunshots after midnight on New Years Day is customary and would be too petty of a complaint, IMO.
