Are you a fan of belly button piercings? Would you ever consider having yours pierced (if it isn't already?) If your son or daughter wanted their midriff pierced, would you allow it?

I think they can look cute. I don't have one and not planning on getting one.

My daughter would have to be able to pay for it herself, and be at least 16 years old if she wanted one.

They're cute, but I have no desire to have my navel pierced. Sure, if my daughter wanted her belly button pierced, I'd let it.

I think they're cute. I wouldn't have a problem with my older teenage daughter getting her bellybutton pierced.

No I wouldn't consider it, no one gets near my belly button! As for a daughter only if she was an adult. A friend says I was the reason she got her's done, she talked about getting a second set of holes in her ears and I flippantly suggested "Why don't you just get your belly button pierced" so she did. Like at lest 20 years or more ago!

i dont like them... think they look trampy... but that is just me. dont have one.. and would make my kid wait til she was about 17--- which of course she would probably sign a permission form herself saying it was from me, then we would have a huge fight about it when i found out!

Damn I'm glad i dont have any kids! LOL

My daughter got herself one when she was 18. She didn't take care of it that well and it got infected.
