what time do you normally go to bed?

because i get out of work between 11pm and 3am, i tend to go to bed between 5 and 6am.

On workdays I go to bed at midnight and my alarm is set for 6 am tho I often wake up before it goes off.

I usually don't stay up past 12:30 or 1 a.m. on weekends and usually get up after 6 or 7 hours sleep.

This morning I actually slept for 8 hours, very rare. boring

I have to force myself to go to bed earlier than what my body wants because I have to get up early. So usually, before 10 on days that I have to work. I like going to bed later...like around 1 or 2.

I usually work a the graveyard shift and sometimes don't get off until 3, 4 or 5 in the morning...but when I get home I'm usually wired and will be up until around 7 or 8, when I finally nod off.

I'm old, so bedtime for me is between 10:30 and 11:00. Then I read any where from a half hour to how ever hours helps me get sleepy.
