as i have said before, Kohls is my favorite store. I love the sales, the % off coupons, and the kohls bucks that can be used with both. I also like the free shipping offered online and the fact that you can return an online item to the store.

Where do you shop the most, and why?

JC Penney's or Kohls and sometimes Kmomo. I like their clothes, shoes, bags, jewelry.

My wife hates going out to the store with me. I have to stop at the TSC store for something.

Mine WAS Meier & Frank ~ a long-time big department store in the Portland-Metro area ~ until it they sold to Macy's, which I hate. I still mourn the loss of M&F.

So for now, I have no favorite clothing store. But I usually buy my husband's from JC Penney's because they have a big Big & Tall men's selection. Also, I love Bed, Bath, and Beyond, and Cost Plus, and Trader Joe's, and Home Depot.

I don't have a favorite really, I usually shop in a mall and hit all the stores until I get what I am looking for. I have shopped in Kohls, JCPenny, Macy's, Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Lord & Taylor, Barney's, Sears, Wal-Mart just to name a few.

When I braved Mall Hell to Christmas shop, I discovered the Forever 21 store. Loved it. I left there with a bag of 2 prs of earrings, 2 berets, a pair of ear muffs, and something else I can't remember. All for only $28.

I like Marshalls, TX Maxx, Home Goods--anything along the line of "discount" and where you have to pick through to find stuff. I also love antique stores, again, for that feeling of digging and rummaging for some treasure yet to be found.

I like Target and Wal-Mart, too. Wal-Mart quite often carries something that nowhere else supplies. So, for me, their redeeming factor isn't so much the costs but availability.

I go to K-Mart on the mainland by bike, with a big shoulder bag to carry back my stash. It's probably 7 miles away.

This Monday I made an expedition and found all sorts of stuff I needed. Shoes with all man made materials, an insulated flannel shirt (how timely) and a bunch of other stuff, like socks, undies a bath towel and Rustler jeans which will likely become cutoffs on first wearing.

    Only $71.
