how do you prefer your eggs? scrambled, fried, boiled? omelettes??

What do you put in/on them?

i prefer western omelettes

I usually order over hard or scrambled.

I like omelettes with ham, cheese and green chili. Sometimes with a chopped bell pepper

I guess they're what you'd call poached...they fry to a certain point and then are steamed so the yolks have a pink film over them. Perfect for dunking toast in.

I really only like srambled eggs. I eat them with tomatoes a lot.

I fix eggs, fried with grits, scrambled, cheese omelets, soft boiled, hard boiled

And, my own invention an upside-down cheese omelet, where instead of folding it over flip the cheese side to the skillet and cook 'til crusty - top with spaghetti or chili sauce.

Fried over-medium, or boiled, or scrambled, and once in awhile an omelet. I also like Chow Don, a Chinese breakfast dish with egg.

I love chili omelets but haven't had one in a long time. If I have enough eggs, I like to fix an egg-white omelet, though it requires more eggs.

I love McDonald's and Dairy Queen's breakfast egg items.

When I go to IHOP I get them sunnyside up and I usually add a touch of hot sauce to them. I also like them scrambled with ketchup, hard boiled to make egg salad and I like them poached too.
