I hope that guy is on antibiotics and would be under a doctors care. That pus didn't look good with that color. Those kind of wounds can tunnel into the muscel and be serious life threatening.
Haven't seen anything like that since working in a free clinic in rural India. We had a girl come in with a little hole in her scalp that pus came out of. I pressed her scalp all around it and more pus came out. That was the treatment just remove the pus. I think Dr. Gohar had her on antibiotics. I heard the other volunteer say a maggot came out of it.
