I'd grab my computer too. I'd leave the monitor, keyboard, etc., I'd just grab the main tower.

I live in one room and between me and the door is a milk crate with all my family foto albums (including official papers). It has a handle that I intend to grab on my way out - naked.
If I had time to backtrack two paces I would grab the external hard drive off the top of my computer and split - still naked.
