    Do you prefer fresh sea salt from a grinder over pre-ground iodized salt from a shaker?

    I hate those Grinder things. I'd rather pour my salt than to tire out my hand with that BS.

    Since I have no thyroid I rather enjoy the grinder , however I also keep a regular salt shaker for my husband who does have his thyroid.

    It does't matter to me either, but I LOVE them sea salt and black pepper chips!!
