Yes. Did it a lot right after 9-1-1 and it was usually for flag-wavers, who were usually vets. Have done it for union strikes, too.

Yeah, for one group I do. They are a religious group that I know a bit about. They are always at a main intersection. They do talk to anyone approaching them with questions and are not there just to be seen. I respect that about them.
