I have to have Aleve. It works better for me than anything. Try to keep some Aleve D sinus med & Delsym for coughs. Some kind of antacid.

Ibuprofen and then the hardcore stuff:
Tamoxifen for myself, which is a mild form of chemo and an estrogen blocker
And my daughter's anti seizure meds, Keppra, Lamotrigine and an emergency dose of Diazepam to stop a prolonged seizure.
Someday in the next couple of years, I hope to have her off the meds as long as she continues to go without seizures, but I have three more years on my med then I get switched to a different one for the next 5 years.

All my prescription meds (well, one I think I could do without if I had to). Most are cardiac meds.
For non-prescriptions, lots of Advil, antacids, and low-dose aspirin (for cardiac).

Advil, Aspirin, Neosporin, peroxide, Witch Hazel and anything for insect bites.
