| We go through a lot of it so we buy several boxes at a time and yes, whatever we're not using waits in the freezer until it's needed. | |

| Yes I usually buy butter on sale and freeze it until I need it. I also freeze milk. I shop once a week and the milk (2% or lower) goes into the freezer. But don't try freezing whole milk, the fat ends up in globs. When you defrost the milk, give it a good shake. | |
