A friend of mine is going with some of her other friends, but I had to turn it down.
But tomorrow night we're going to a Mardi Gras Ball in Portland, which began last year and is quite an affair. 4 bands and lots of good Louisiana cuisine.
Then we're going to another festival night on Fat Tuesday. This, too, will feature a couple of good bands and good food, too. Smaller event, though. Am thinking of dressing up as a voodoo priestess ~ not sure yet.

I'll be in California. I gotta get out to Mardi Gras though. Heard it's fun and wild as hell.
