Flirting is OK, Being hit on is another matter. And, I have had to be frosty with some guys for being too aggressive.
When I was a young security guard, this older woman at work made a pass at me and we ended up kissing and pawing at each other passionately in the switchboard room for a few minutes, then I went on my rounds and it never happened again. That was so impulsive and bizarre that I think we both just got a kick out of doing it.

I don't mind being flirted with at all....but if I obviously appear uninterested, then you should stop. I don't bother flirting with guys I don't find attractive. You're just setting them up and I prefer not to do that.

Well, I can't say I mind it, but at my age I get very suspicious when someone flirts with me. And, yes, it still happens once in awhile.
