We have a bunch of fresh fish from someone and I really don't enjoy preparing it. I just place it in a pan with butter and some herb seasoning and then watch it all cook down into much smaller pieces!

I can prepare it, but I hate cleaning fish. And I won't either.

Here's a cleaning fish vid. Nasty but the guy doing the demonstration will distract you anyway. Holy hell he belongs in the eye candy thread!
OH Yeah! Y'know he could be gay and he could be looking for a daddy to clean his eel.
Anyhow, being a vegetarian I haven't dressed a fish since I was a kid and my dad caught them. I used a knife to take off the scales and gut the fish caught with bait. My dad would snag fish spoonbill and 30-pound catfish at the local dam (illegal) They he would nail them to a tree and pull the skin off with pliers. Then he would cut them into fish steaks and deep fry them outside. That was the best fish I had.

If that's the case I hope he doesn't mind an audience lol. That is one gorgeous man
