No, they don't make movies here, which is too bad because the town would make a nice location for one.

Lots of Chicago movie scenes are in places I have been to. Here in my city, a man made a movie and there were many locations he used that I had been to. The movie was never released nationally. It is a movie so BAAAAADDDDD it's funny.

Plenty of times. And I've been to those places when they were actually doing it. My dad worked right around the corner from the area they filmed Die Hard With A Vengeance and I used to meet up with my ex at his job where they were filming I Am Legend right across the street.

Yes, they filmed part of a Hemingway movie I believe it was A Farewell to Arms. I grew up in a beach town in California. Then a lot of Westerns were filmed at Corriganville, also Calif, been there on our first date. Since then it burned down and I don't know if it was ever rebuilt. Then We lived in Tombstone Az for a while, there was always some sort of filming going on there. I remember one day heading back to work from the Post office and hearing a very familiar voice, it was Dennis Weaver. I avoided acting like a star struck idiot as many of the women were doing. Our son was drinking with a fellow one night in one of the bars turned out it was Ethan Wayne, said he was a hell of a nice guy. Then lastly we also went to Old Tucson several times. It was a fun place to take visitors. One sees it in a lot of westerns.

Yes. St. Louis Cemetery 1 in New Orleans ("Easy Rider").
The Santa Cruz Boardwalk ("Lost Boys", one of the Dirty Harry movies).

Yeah, they just filmed "Lincoln" here. Folks was complaining like a muthafucka. I don't know why, cuz the city DEFINITELY needs business.

Not a movie but a TV show. I saw a Christmas show at the St. George Theater in Staten Island and part of the show Smash was filmed there.

Yes one that comes to mind quickly is the famous Marilyn picture where she is standing on the subway grill holding down her dress. I was on that exact spot where that was filmed.
