    Question American vs. European body weight

    It's been said repeatedly that on average Americans are more overweight than people of many other nations; while the people of Europe are typically credited for their leaner figures.

    Do you think that their average body size [in pounds] is more desirable than the average American size?

    Well...we measure in pounds and they measure in kilograms so there's your difference right there.

    I did see something when I visited Germany in the early 70's that I've never seen in the US. A fat mannequin in a store window.
