A dining room table that could accomadate 30 people

Some of what Tony said with the large dining room and fully loaded kitchen. Large front porch. Solar power and hydronic radiant floor heat. Man and woman caves.

I'd keep the same layout as my efficiency apartment, but a little wider.
Maybe a separate small room to store my bicycles, maybe have a guest bed in it.
A built-in DVD shelf on the wall next to my TV would be nice.

Same thing I have in my house now. I wouldn't be ostentatious when it comes to my dream house. I don't want a movie theater, I don't want a bowling alley, I don't want an arcade, etc. I'll go out for those things. Indoor pool, I prob. wouldn't mind that.

I like what tony said too, Bulit in pool, intimate movie theater would be great to invite people over a movie night, large kitchen/dining room, and I'll add a really nice size bathroom

I can't think of a lot of things, but I think maybe a game room. In a game room, I would have a pool table, ping pong table, pinball machine and an air hockey table.
