    Lot of whites, Hispanics and Jews. Blacks live here but not in great numbers and here it is likely they are from the Caribbean or South America. It is a tourist destination and when I see a lot of black ppl on Collins Ave. I know there is some convention or other special occasion like Urban Beach Weekend (Memorial Day).

    Are ppl with tattoos an ethnic? There was a time I was walking along Collins and almost everyone had tats all over their bods. Turns out a tat convention was in town.
