What kind of milk do you drink? I usually drink 2% because that's what my mom buys, but when I buy milk I buy whole.

2% for me. I don't care for fat free or skim milk, it's like water with white food coloring.

I prefer 2% over fat free and skim milk, whole milk sometimes.

2%. Skim milk makes eating cereal a lackluster - almost depressing - experience.

2% and whole milk tastes the same to me. Since it's supposed to be reduced fat, I buy 2%.

Occasionally I'll do the contentious thing and buy 2%, but I prefer whole milk for the most part. Never skim though.

I've heard that 2% and whole milk really isn't much of difference. In fact, it's very miniscule and you're better off buying whole milk.

I buy 2%. Like Ny said though, there really isn't much difference between it and whole.

We have whole milk because that's what my wife buys but I drink so little of it, it doesn't matter.

I drink a lot of milk and it is 2% as compared to whole milk which is 3.25% milkfat.

Every little bit of saturated fat you cut back on has to be better. I also eat 50% reduced fat cheese and Low Fat yogurt. Not a fat free fanatic about it, but try to cut down where I comfortably can.

I know the difference doesn't look like much, but when I do find myself drinking whole milk, I can feel the difference in my mouth - it actually feels greasy on my tongue. I prefer 2%.

I drink whole milk, and always have. I really have to laugh, on TV they advertise drink more skim or 2% milk, very few people say whole milk, to lose weight...well I drank whole milk my whole life, sometimes 6 glasses a day as a kid, and I was NEVER fat, I was very skinny until I hit puberty.

I prefer whole milk, but can tolerate 2%....don't even bring fat free/skim around me. I don't drink that water.

1%. I'm mildly lactose intolerant and 1% is easier for me to digest.
