    If you were married to someone who habitually withheld sex from you, would you consider that legitimate grounds to for divorce?

    I think it is unless it's a physical condition that's beyond their control. Then some alternative has to be found. But if it's just one "cutting off" the other I think that constitutes grounds.

    Probably. That would mean we can't communicate. And he's probably getting it from somewhere else which means he's cheating.

    Yes but I would want to know the reason why before I started Divorce proceedings. Maybe its something that could be worked out.
