Would you trade 10-20 years off of your life expectancy of 90-100 years old in exchange for being 10 million dollars wealthier?

Provided that I still have my sanity until the day I die, no.

If I can get that $10 million now, then I wouldn't mind passing away @ 80 years old, hell even 70 is still a full life.

I'm slightly torn, but I would probably choose health. I mean, it would be terrific if I could get that ten million now, and dying at eighty or ninety years old wouldn't exactly be a life cut short, but spending the rest of my life with earlier death weighing more heavily on my shoulders probably isn't worth the money.

Sounds tempting but I think I would pass on such a hypothetical offer. Life is too priceless IMO.
