When I was salaried and respected as part of management I would hang out talking with co-workers and the Executive Director. Back then it even counted as comp time. But the new ED put me hourly, cut my pay and did other indignities, so I am now just hired help who punches out 6 minutes before 4 and hits the pavement.

Depends on who is working after me. If it's someone I really don't care to socialize with, then I get out quick as I can.
