    I wanna say it was a guest (female) who complained our 80 degree heated pool wasn't warm enough, we didn't have a tub in the restroom, and top it off, I was eating my dinner in the breakfast area, where there are tables and such before she checked in. I had gotten busy with checking other guests in, so I left my dinner out on the table. When she went to use our microwave, she was offended that someone had left food out on the table, and demanded I go and clean it up. When I informed her it was my dinner, she replied "So you just leave your dinner out like that for guests to see? That's really disgusting." I tried explaining my situation and why the food was left out, but she already had it set in her mind I did an injustice to the guests.

    She's a jerk but I hope that's the worst you get. big hugz I would have told her a group of incontinent seniors would be having there watercize class in the pool shortly and it warms up quite a bit after that.
