LOL, hell to the nah. Ain't no way in hell I can get up that early JUST to work out. My friend and running partner Nikki does that almost every day though. She's a beast. My father does it too, but he's just naturally a morning person. I AM NOT.

I don't know how some people can do that. After I work out, I gotta go home and chill. Can't imagine waking up at 5 to go get on a treadmill and then going to work an 8 hour shift afterwards. The fuck?! Nah...
