I jog & ride my bike outside. Do my little upper body with free weights inside, usually under the A/C. I have used exercycles and treadmills in hotels and cruise ships. But most ships have an outside course for jogging and that is funn jogging at sea.

Eh, depends on what I'm doing. If I decide to walk or run (lol), I prefer doing it outdoors. Everything else, indoors.
