The second involves Busfield misreading how well the date was going, swinging for the fences and then seeing the woman exit quickly. The first is a reason to charge someone with sexual battery. The second seems more like a reason to delete someone’s number from your phonebook.

ok--- if im reading this right they were in a movie theater making out, and he felt her up and she left WITHOUT incident, without him trying to restrain her or hit her?

So this was a bad date.... i wonder if she would have called police if it wasnt a celebrity? she is probably trying to get money for "emotional distress" or something. I mean really, if i was able to arrest someone for feeling me up... half the high school boys in NJ would have been behind bars in the 80s/90s! LOL

Oh, boy! If I had a dollar for every time some guy mistakenly assumed I wanted to be touched "there", I could go have a splurge at the store! If she told him no and he kept it up. . . Still, how much restraint could he do in a theater?!?!?!?

I agree with NY, probably mixed signals. She could have left the theater at any time, which, ultimately she did. That should have been the end of it.
