I guess riding my bike 12 miles a day is part of my exercise.

Then I run about a mile a couple times a week.

Upper body doesn't get more than maintenance. Been using 15-pound free weights for years and do butterflies for pecs & curls for biceps about 2 or 3 times a week.

I walk 5 miles a day and lift weights about 3 times a week. I walk fast so that some people think I'm jogging.

The park right across the street from my house. Don't work out as often as I should, but when I do...it's the perfect place. Has everything I need and I don't need to waste money on a gym membership.

Oh, and run around that park, which takes up an entire city block about 5 or 6 times or more depending on how I feel, then circuit exercises in the playground area....squats, jumping jacks, burpies, etc.
