No. I bike every day for spinning and run a few times a week. Upper body maintenance exercises with 15-pound free wts and some low-impact ab exercises is about it.

Anything more will likely cause me pain. blank stare @ you

I do all the time. But I'm starting to go back to my solo routine, because the chicks are WAAAY too competitive over small stuff. I don't think they get enough sex. booty shake

No. Once I leave the office I don't want to have to commit to anything else. Also, after being around so many people all day, I'm done with that bulldoo come 5:00. Don't want to be around or talk to anybody.

I tried spinning once....and only once. Dude almost killed me. I would consider Yoga, but for the most part I like to work out at my own pace.

I won't even tell you because it isn't much beyond the weight of the bar! I only took the weight training one because my work out buddy really wanted me to.

I took a kick boxing class once and was part of a running clinic once. Rest of the stuff has been involvement with sports teams and so forth.
