How often do you leave a restaurant with a considerable amount of food left on your plate, not completely eaten?

If I leave a "considerable" amount on the plate then there was something wrong with the meal.

I usually most of it, and what I don't eat I take home.

I rarely eat out and when I do it is Olive Garden where I usually order cheese ravioli and eat the whole amount - after a lot of salad. I never leave food on my plate at restaurants.

Yeah, I took home what I don't eat. I'll often save some just to take home if I am satisfied and there's a fair amount left. If I ever don't eat it all/take it home, the restaurant should take offense, cause it means their food sucked. Razz

Me too. Restaurant meals are too expensive to leave on the plate.

I always say eat the meat first, it is where the money is. then the veggies, leave potatoes, or rice and bread to last.
