More commonly known probably as the movie Charly, maybe somebody here is familiar with it; a retarded man is put through a scientific experiment to make him a genius, after they have similar success with a mouse called Algernon. I've seen part of the movie, found the book at the thrift shop for a dime, I didn't see the end of the movie though I have an idea how it ends, I haven't read the book yet but I am interested to see how different it is from the film if at all. Has anybody read this book?
