| wow... good story bout the actors... i remember the murder.. wasnt the move reversal of fortune about that? i didnt know that about the actress tho.
married to jacklyn smith huh? my sister looks just like her!
I just heard the scream that you were talking about!!! Julia Hoffman found the dead frankenstein experiment dude on the lab table and she screamed sooooo ridiculously that i was like-- What is she screaming about??? and why like that?? LOL
i mean really.. she wasnt afraid of the dead body--- she is a doctor and has seen a ton of them. She isnt surprised about experiments, cause she was experimenting on a VAMPIRE--- so why is she so shocked to hear of the dr lang's experiment?? she is in essence trying to revive dead tissue by making barnabus alive again too... stupid funny scream

| Oh man if you could tell me what episode that scream was in, I want to mark it so I can hear it again LOL. It never left me that scream of hers.
Wow your moving along very fast your up to the part where Julia is trying to make Barnabas Human by those expiriments? Did you skip a season? It just seems you are far ahead but I could be wrong.
I never saw the movie reversal of fortune so you could be right thats what it is about. I was looking up Alexandra Moltke once and I found out she was then called Alexandra Isles and saw the whole Claus Van Bulow scandal.

| Sorry... I can't tell you--- but I will try to find out... I have been watching in seasons not by "collections". I have been playing the epi on my laptop at night after work, while im cleaning/doing laundry even surfing the net.. so I HAVE been moving right along. As I go, I'm deleting the epis... but they are numbered season 6 epi 1 etc.... not the epi 478 type of thing. I will try to find out the epi number for you tho. The people on the IMDB board will know when I tell them that she hypnotized the guy and then found the dead guy. | |

Ah thank you very much. The only thing I had remembered about the episode was that before that hideous scream, she knocked over something that sounded like Glass and she said "I know who you are" then she released that scream LOL I laughed so hard, rewound the tape a dozen times to listen to it and lmao! I had that episode recorded on VHS tape with other episodes and my Aunt was a big Dark Shadows fan when the show first had its original run. She too remembered that scream and wanted to hear it again. I had thrown out the VHS tapes years ago but I was looking on my DVD collection for it and I never found it and alas, my Aunt died so that ended that search.

| So is Angelique's Dream Curse in progress? According to that link you sent me it seems that it is. I liked that dream curse and how when it was passed on to each person, the dream went on 1 step further with each one that had it.
I see also that Adam is now a part of the show. I remember in the experiment Adam drains Barnabas's Vampire affliction so that Barnabas is normal but if Adam dies, Barnabas would become a Vampire again. I liked the story of Adam and ........?? You will have to find out, wait till you see this LOL.

| Well.. i was sick today and hardly got out of bed LOL so DS has been on all day. I'm at the point where sam is in the hospital trying to tell the dream to Vicki (by the end of the curse, the whole damn town will have had the dream lol). WHY the HELL is sam wearing his blind glasses in the hospital bed??? LOL I did really like when barnabus had sam do the painting--- that was cool.
Now elizabeth is walking around despressed and planning her funeral-- oh wait.. sam IS dead now, haha--- its playing as i write this. Adam is learning to talk from the stokes guy. I figure that carolyn will wind up with adam! LOL am i right? He IS better than some of the dates she brought home in the past.
I really liked the trask/barnabus ghost trial, and putting him in the wall as pay back... that was cool.
sorry bout you aunt. When you have a connection with someone, a hobby together, it is hard when one passes.

| The last person that has the dream curse has to tell Barnabas about it and then he will revert back to a Vampire. I forget who is the last person that has it but I remember they went through hell trying not to tell him the dream. I remember when Elizabeth could think of nothing else but death, another Angelique curse LOL.
I remember Sam Evans wearing the sunglasses but I don't remember why?
I also remember Barnabas Walling Trask up, that was really good and the Reverend really deserved it but you ain't see the last of the Reverend.
Carolyn does sort of end up with Adam but there is another surprise coming up, think the original Frankenstein and you might know what I mean!

| Sam is blind because barnabus took the angelique portrait to him. he paid him $500 to make the woman in the painting look 200 years old and even told him to use coarse bristles (so it would physically hurt angelique). She then comes to sam and makes him blind. hence the dark glasses.
the whole adam/frankenstein story seemed rather drawn out to me. I mean they have done every aspect of it, the blind guy, the kid, the woman... the "villagers" chasing him through the woods LOL. I get it.. he's frankenstein--- let i be already! LOL
well... trask and angelique had their showdown, barnabus has been rescued from behind the wall... and now angelique's warlock "brother" is in town. Barnabus is no longer a vampire... the dream was supposed to pass onto vicki, but sam was in the hospital... and they kept trying to keep vicki away.... she did show up but stokes pulled her out. so i honestly do not know who's having the dream now...
Elizabeth thinks she is naomi, and has already drunk the poison but is recovering

| Ok thanks for telling me about Sam. I forgot about the portrait, what is it the Dorian Gray storyline?
There is more to the Adam storyline that I think you will get a kick out of it when it happens. Not much longer to wait from where you are right now.
Cassandra's brother was Nicholas Blair right? He is a powerful warlock and Angelique beware!! I think her descent to hell should be coming up soon too! I remember when the voice (?) tells her she has to descend to him she starts screaming her head off LOL she had the best screams Lara Parker.

| yeah nicholas blair was the "brother" warlock. It's funny cause carolyn first meets him and says, "we are formal, I will call you Mr. Blair, I do not know you well yet".. then five minutes later vicki asks who she was just talking to and carolyn says "Nick" LOL
There is one epi where willie in crouched down in front of the wall that barnabas is behind, and his "thoughts" say "being down here gives me the willies" - the actor starts laughing, and a crewman walks onto the set from the left side of the screen (willie is laughing at the willie has the willies comment). When the actor looks up he realizes the camera is on, and he gets all serious! LOL he is so funny i watched it three times

| well i WAS moving right along and was on episode 533 (or close to it)... and barnabas offered to married angelique if she stopped the dream curse, vicki was having it, but told angelique she would never tell the dream to barnabas, and now nicholas blair wants maggie. then guess what... i put on the next epi i had, and somehow i missed 100 epis or so... quentin and amy were walking around calling to ghosts!!! I was like OMG now what???? So i gotta go hunting for epis | |

Funny about Willy, he was good in that part, a real nut case.

| I honestly haven't watched regular tv in over a couple of months or so! LOL Y&R is the only soap that I have ever watched, and that is losing my interest. I got netflix streaming because someone online said they had DALLAS and I wanted to watch the old Dallas, before the new started--- to at least have some idea what was going on. So I signed up for Netflix, then found out that they did not have it, but they did have DS. That was weird though, because the first epi is the emergence of Barnabas. I figured when watching it that there was more, cause i couldnt figure out why willie/jason(?) were at the mansion. Then i found out it was because Netflix started at like epi 210. And I had moved right along, then found out that it stopped at 370 or so | |

I think they were going into season 4 so during that summer I watched Seasons 1-3 non stop every day until I had seen them all and was ready for Season 4 to start. When they originally released the Dark Shadows on DVD the Black and White episodes pre Barnabas were the last to be released. Figure that one out.
