Not really. Them being family IRL can kinda interfere with me buying into the characters they're playing. When Jaden Smith played Will Smith's son in The Pursuit of Happiness, I found that REALLY distracting.

It was cool when Janet & Michael did the video together, even though I'm not a huge fan of the song, so I'm glad they only teamed up that one time. It would have been nice to have at least once seen them perform it together live.

I can't think of any family collaborations that struck me as awesome or annoying. I guess, let them do what works and makes them money.
