    Lately its been this vegetable medley with zucchini, squash, asparagus, red/yellow bell peppers and onions (I think I'm leaving out something), and I just sautee em in olive oil and garlic. What threw me for a loop was when my grandma said she especially loved it and took the rest home with her. Smile
