Very eerie. Also very vintage too, I often wonder if OLTL looked like Dark Shadows in the 60s (as far as color schemes and camera detail go.)

Nope.
They destroyed all copies of those episodes; which makes me wonder how/why those old Dark Shadows episodes were spared, since it aired during the same afternoon lineup on the same network.
