All week my body's been feeling off and I think its cause the temps have dropped from extreme hot to cooling off and raining. My sinuses are all fucked today and i cant stop blowing my nose.

Hope you feel better. It is weird how 2 weeks ago we were under massive heat advisories and record breaking temperatures. Now it's cooled down into the 70's.

I know what you mean, you go from sweating your ass off outside, then go into Air conditioning, go back outside, get drenched in rain, go back to Air Conditioning, it really sucks and does play havoc with your health.
