I only go to Olive Garden for meals with visiting friends or family, but for coffee and pastry I prefer the sidewalk cafe, which we have an abundance of here, where they are used year-round.

It depends on the weather if its a nice day I am not opposed to sitting outside.

Diningg indoors, where there is central air and no flies, is a must. It's the reason I don't do outdoor cafes.

Depends on my mood and the weather. If it's too damn hot or cold, then no...I'm not eating outside.

Last time I tried the outdoor thing at a restaurant, there were bees buzzing about. Now I always eat in.
