| I'm moving in the very near future and I want to stay in this area. I might take this place that's only 10 mins away from me. I'm spoiled and I've gotten used to the good parking. I can't go back to that alternate side parking shit. | |

| Well, yeah. If we had to move next month, I would stay around here. It would be best for both of us. I don't think I would buy a house here right now, but was so tempted for us to take the plunge a while back.
About eight doors down, a house was for sale. I checked out the interior online and it was perfect for us. It was priced to sell and after what I saw it went for, I regretted not seriously visiting the idea of us buying together. | |

| LOL we joke about moving to a different part of the complex where parking isn't such an issue but moving is such a pain and we would probably get jacked for the much higher rent that new tenants are paying. | |

| I have been in this same area of Miami Beach since 1996 and have moved five times, all in the same area (3 places on the same street blocks apart).
Everything I do is convenient here for bicycling; equidistant to the nude beach and the movie theater. So, I'm staying here. | |
