| Sometimes but we're randomly call monitored so you can only fake so much. They know when we're busy and when we aren't. | |

| The only time we may have to front like that is when we're visited by people from corporate. Then it's be (or look) busy at all times. Otherwise, it's not a big deal if things are slow and you're obviously bored. Hell, I casually chat with the supervisors on a semi-regular basis. It's only an issue when things are busy, but for some reason you're not. | |

| Not really. My job can be snail slow at times, that's just something that everyone there has to reconcile and find a way to cope with. No need to pretend. | |
