    Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore

    I just saw this 1974 movie for the first time. Wasn't aware that the TV show Alice (1976-1985) was a spinoff of this movie and Vic Tayback was in both. It was really a good drama of the period and Ellen Burstyn was great in it.

    Diane Ladd played a waitress in both too but different characters.
